STANDARD SCOPE OF WORK:
RESIDENTIAL / SHOWROOMS / UNITS FOR TURNOVER
BASIC CLEANING-
(maintenance/minimal/surface cleaning of a generally clean unit/ minimal dusting&sweeping)
*Not recommended for units that have not been cleaned for 3weeks or so and for move-in/move-out cleanings
* this type of service is only offered to selected Quezon City areas.
Includes dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, deodorizing and disinfecting the specified area.
Change of beddings and curtains, Dusting and wiping of the drawers,closets,cabinets, shelves (exterior/outer part only--not organizing/sorting of what's inside)
Exterior dusting&wiping of the appliances are free but if you'd like to have the interiors cleaned too there's an additional minimal fee: elec fan cleaning,microwave,oven,gas/electric stove, refrigerator etc.

NO cleaning of walls, ceiling, balcony/terrace/veranda, floor and tiles scrubbing and detailed window cleaning.
NO cleaning of interior of cabinets, shelves, drawers and closets. NO cleaning of attic, storage room, stock room, utility room, laundry area and garage. NO cleaning of maid's/driver's room. NO garage cleaning nor scrubbing.
NO moving of furniture and fixtures.
For cleaning extension:
Php100/hr/cleaner
NOTE:
Clients may exclude some tasks and/or areas for cleaning.
