GENERAL CLEAN (Residential & Commercial Unit)

STANDARD SCOPE OF WORK : 

RESIDENTIAL / SHOWROOMS / UNITS FOR TURNOVER

General Cleaning - 

(Interior Detailed Cleaning-reachable areas)

Ceilings + Walls + Windows cleaning/scrubbing

Includes Dusting, sweeping, wiping of furniture and appliances(exterior), vacuuming, mopping, deodorizing, disinfecting, sanitizing and basic de-cluttering all bedroom/s, living room, kitchen&dining room, balcony/terrace/veranda, maids&driver's room, utility/attic/storage/stock/attic room, stairs&rails, all toilet and bathroom/s with shower curtain cleaning. Floor scrubbing (as needed). Bathroom tiles and flooring scrubbing. Balcony flooring and grills scrubbing.

Cleaning of reachable walls, windows, ceiling and flooring, doors and door posts, baseboards, and disposal of garbage.

Change of all beddings and curtains. 

Dusting and wiping of drawers, closets, cabinets, shelves (inside & out "where is, as is") with Client's permission.

ALL sofa and bed mattress dry vacuum cleaning (dust removal only).

For additional appliance cleaning:

Php75/unit

(Ex. Ref, Fan, Stove, Microwave, Toaster)

For cleaning extension:

Php100/hr/cleaner

We use a 2 or 3-step ladder for General Cleaning bookings.

NOTE:
