Civet Coffee is a special type of coffee that is processed by Civets. Due to its natural process, the coffee beans absorb the Civet’s protease enzymes thus the beans contain less peptides and more amino acids. Some of its benefits include having anti-oxidant properties, being able to control inflammation of the brain, linked to Alzheimer’s, and prevention of cell damage.
