Activated Charcoal is good for removing toxins and chemicals that are accidentally ingested. Be sure to take the recommended dose however (50grams for Adults and 10 grams for children). It can also help with gas and bloating (500 milligrams). Take note, take activated charcoal 90 minutes to two hours prior to meals, supplements and prescription medications. We have made it into capsule form for easier ingestion.
