Expeller Pressed Virgin Coconut Oil is extracted form Organic certified fresh coconuts (coco nucifera), without the use of excessive heat or harsh conditions during processing. No chemicals are added. No bleaching is done. The natural nutrients and characteristics including aroma of fresh coconuts are therefore preserved. The result is a crystal clear liquid in room temperature (26/78 degree C/F) but turns solid white at temperatures below 24/75 degree C/F. It is pure 100% oil that contains no trans-fatty acids or cholesterol.
