Together with the quotation, the participating prospective suppliers shall also submit the following requirements:

1. Mayor’s/Business Permit
2. PhilGEPS Registration No.

The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Eighty Five Thousand Pesos (PhP85,000.00) only.

Subject items must be completely delivered within fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order by the supplier at BFAR-Buhi Freshwater Fishery Farm, Santa Clara, Buhi, Camarines Sur. Items must be brand new with 1 year warranty.

All quotations shall be submitted to the Office of the BAC Secretariat, BFAR 5, Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur before 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon of July 29, 2024, which shall be opened and evaluated by the BAC thereafter at the Office of the BAC Secretariat at the same address.

This requisition is made thru Alternative Mode of Procurement under Rule XVI of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184, specifically thru Shopping under Section 52.1b and 52.2, as per prior recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee.
