The company was established in July 2007. It is a young and dynamic company that was spin-off from its parent company, Unilan Industrial Co., Inc. who has long established itself in the importation and marketing of chemicals catering to various industries. The spin-off was necessitated in view of the expanding market whereby it needs a more focal approach in providing better services to its growing clienteles. The company will strive to establish itself in the industry by providing wider range of chemical products supported by reliable suppliers and timely delivery of goods. It will continue to formulate new food ingredients that satisfy that its customers’ needs.
To this day, the company continues to be proactive in securing new product lines to augment and serve the growing needs of the local industry.
