Top Creamery Food Manufacturing Corporation is a manufacturing company of powdered premixes for soft serve ice cream, shakes & slush, fried ice cream, gelato, and hot & cold drinks. We also manufacture other essential products that would complement the ice cream and café industries, such as syrups, fudges & dips. We customize powdered mixes based on the consumers’ flavor preference and upon client’s request.

We have partnered with various well-known restaurants, cafés and small & medium enterprises in catering premix solutions that are made to perfection. We specialize in creating high quality and unique powdered premixes at a competitive price.

COMPANY HISTORY

In November 2011, Mr. & Mrs. Borres started their ice cream shops in Agora Market, Navotas. During that time, they acquired their ice cream premix from other suppliers. Eager to look for a remarkable taste of ice cream premix to be used in their ice cream shop, Mr. Borres carefully thought of ways on how to improve the taste of the premix that they usually bought and served. They re-formulated the premix they were using and modified the taste to catch the attention of their target customers. After doing the reformulation, they tested the new premix to see the response of their consumers. To their surprise, the premix that they successfully recreated was well-received and loved by their customers. The business grew as they also supplied premixes and other ice cream supplies to some relatives and close friends who were interested to start their own enterprise. The owners also provided assistance and guidance to clients in opening their ice cream shops and ensuring that quality service and products are accorded. Upon seeing the potential of manufacturing and distribution of the premix products, and receiving positive feedback and commendation from their family and friends who personally use their products, the owners decided to expand the business in order to cater to more consumers and share the top quality premixes to a bigger market across the country. Eventually, TOP CREAMERY FOOD MANUFACTURING CORPORATION was born!
