Roof and Wall Saver, Inc. (RWSI) was formed in April 1997 and is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) by a group of youthful and energetic professionals.
The company started with a vision to serve the needs of the Philippine construction industry by providing clients with quality products and dependable service at competitive prices.

Today, the vision is a reality. Roof and wall Saver, Inc. has grown from a company of less than ten personnel to over 150; the initial aim has been realized and the vision continues to be lived. It is now the pioneer and leader in the field of the Elastomeric Painting and Elastomeric Sealant Waterproofing System. RWSI is now recognized as an expert in its field with a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and trustworthiness.

It has been in the business of effectively solving and preventing leak problems of prestigious hi-rise commercial buildings, 5-star hotels, warehouses, and aircraft hangars, among others. RWSI combined painting work and waterproofing sealant work together to give our clients the most economical way to treat/prevent recurring leak problems on old and new hi-rise buildings. The system has successfully proven its capability to give a long-term service life based on all previous jobs.
