Philippine Foodservice Equipment & Supplies Corporation, or most recognizably known as PFESCORP /fes-korp/, is a small group of dedicated foodservice professionals providing quality equipment and after-sales service to the Philippine food & beverage industry. We love food and everything related to it.

We supply to hotels, restaurants, caterers, dealers and other local distributors, traders, bars, kiosks, pastry shops, coffee shops, fast-food chains, bakery chains, resorts, food commissaries, convenience stores, supermarkets, retail shops, local fabricators, personal chefs, SMEs, canteens, sari-sari stores, households, home bakers, students, and aspiring chefs.

We represent, import and carry some of the most recognizable brands in the global F&B market, specializing in kitchen, baking, refrigeration, display and front-of-the-house equipment.

HISTORY

Before there was PFESCORP, there was our mother company, Granita Enterprises.

Granita Enterprises opened in 1979 and was the first company to introduce slush machines to the Philippine market by opening up numerous granita stands (an Italian dessert) around the country. From then on, grew to what became Grasia, Inc. (Granita+Asia, pretty simple stuff), an import company specializing in drink machines.

Established on June 18, 1981, Grasia, Inc. was the first company to bring in and distribute juice dispensers on a national scale. They introduced the free-loan juice dispenser program which led to the now-famous bottomless iced tea that you see in menus all over the country. They were also the first company to start offering a lease-to-own program on ice makers.

Wanting to expand and diversify its product lines, Grasia, Inc. set up the Philippine Food Service Equipment & Supplies Corporation (PFESCORP) in early 1996. Aside from juice dispensers and ice machines, the company grew its product roster by bringing in other food equipment like hotdog rollers, popcorn machines, cotton candy makers, ice shavers, cooking ranges, burners, ovens, and fryers, eventually expanding to import larger equipment like chillers, freezers, showcases, and industrial baking equipment.

Today, PFESCORP represents over 60 global brands and carries thousands of products for restaurant and bakery equipment, hot & cold display, and kitchen equipment in the Philippines. Our staff of foodservice professionals is top-notch and we are proud to bear the reputation of having quality equipment, competitive prices, and excellent service.
