Ching Nam Hong Cakes & Pastries is a brand founded in 5 May 2018, spearheaded by a Filipina who formerly worked in Brunei for many decades, and wife of the heir of Ching Nam Hong Brunei.

The company holds a sole proprietorship registration. It was spun from Ching Nam Hong, a restaurant serving authentic Chinese dishes and deli in Brunei since 1952. Managed and operated by Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) previously employed in Brunei and Saudi Arabia and more recently by local hires, the company envisions its growth to be driven by local talent with the ultimate goal of providing a fruitful employment to Filipinos right here in the country.

The company started joining bazaars at different malls, that includes SM North, Trinoma, Robinsons Magnolia, Edsa Shangri-la, SM Aura, Bgc Central Square Mall, Glorietta 1. As more people learned about our brand, the demand for our product offerings has steadily increased. An expansion has become inevitable, and we are eyeing to broaden our product offerings. From our famous baked saupaos, we will soon be offering hot cooked meals. From a humble weekend enterprise, we hope to offer a hearty take out dining experience to our growing clientele in the near future.
